Located on Peterson Lane, just north of Van Damme Beach, this charming cottage is two miles south of the Village of Mendocino. It looks out southward over Little River Bay to a small island and ocean bluffs beyond.

Step out your front door. Straight ahead, a trail meanders down to a secluded, almost private beach. Behind the house, park trails lead to cliffs overlooking the ocean.
